| | Knee felt good as we headed out on the double dip loop, but my achillies started tightening up like crazy after mile six so I just made it back to the school and stopped.

| | Ran with the boys today so I could do pickups with them and everything felt fantastic, probably because I rolled out really good yesterday. It just felt good to go fast the whole time.

| | Not really sure what to think of this run...started out ok but around three miles in my achillies got really tight again. We stopped and stretched and I tried it again and it felt fine for a mile, then tightened right back up. Stretched it...again...and kept going. Call me crazy, but the faster I went, the less it hurt...I think because I was able to lean forward more and put more of the strain on my quads and land more on the front of my feet. Anyway, ended up pumping out the last three miles at 7:30-7:00 pace. Shoutout to Gan and Watson for putting up with me and whatever my crazy achillies is doing.
