Actually felt pretty good today.  Did 10x300 at 800 pace, but my legs hit a wall on the last one so I did the next two as just 100s to finish up my speed workout of 12 repeats. Finished up low mileage and did abs.

my super fat cat is on my lap so I have to type over a purring ball of fuzz. I blame any typos on her.
