Not really sure what to think of this run...started out ok but around three miles in my achillies got really tight again. We stopped and stretched and I tried it again and it felt fine for a mile, then tightened right back up. Stretched it...again...and kept going. Call me crazy, but the faster I went, the less it hurt...I think because I was able to lean forward more and put more of the strain on my quads and land more on the front of my feet. Anyway, ended up pumping out the last three miles at 7:30-7:00 pace. Shoutout to Gan and Watson for putting up with me and whatever my crazy achillies is doing.
