I felt kinda sick all day, so the speed workout was super rough. I was hitting my times until the last two of the last set, and then I fell off super hard. Felt super sick after so I biked for 20 mins to make medium mileage
Cut the run short because I've still been feeling sick all day...I meant to go swim after but I ended up going to bed at 7:00 because I felt so weird
Woke up sick, so I stayed home from school...I slept for the longest I think I have in my whole life.

I did pre meet and my legs weren't super happy. Jamie told me to just cool down a mile so yeah
