| | Forgot my watch but I know I at least ran 7 miles and it was recovery pace, but probably a bit on the fast end of recovery. Right hamstring felt pretty tight the whole time.

| | Did the 6 minute test today, and I got about 45m further than last time so that was good, especially with how tired my legs were feeling. My right hamstring was super tight after so I did a mile on the grass and that loosened it up so I went back out on the road to finish up. Abs after...and I'm really missing ice bathing. R.I.P. to the spring of living waters.

| | Legs were feeling a bit rough today but I still got my splits down in the workout so that was good. Workout was a 200, 400 at mile pace, 800, 1600, 800 at goal 5k, then 400, 200 at mile again. Felt super dead after, but I was luckily able to survive a cooldown. Abs and ice after.

| | Pre-meet was ok, my legs were just super tired. High mileage after was pretty rough, but it was cloudy and slightly rainy so that was a win.

Springville invite (3.1 Miles) 00:18:55, Place overall: 2 | | Legs were basically wrecked. Mentally I felt ok, I just had to make myself not really care how far ahead of me Juile was and keep telling myself that I can catch her in races that matter (sorry Julie) shoutout to her for winning by a whole bunch. Mentally I felt ok, I was just determined to stay in 2nd and I did. Pretty sure I could barely walk after so don't ask how I ran five more miles after the race...because I honestly have no idea.

| | Fly high run high. It was dark (and very early) when we started, but the sunrise was so amazing! It was one of those moments I really wished I had a camera. Did 6 miles on the MCT, then went to kneaders and met up with Sami my fuzzy lil guy and Mario (shoutout to them cuz I love 'em) for three more miles. My eternal apologies to Team She for whimping out of the french toast eating contest...but a migraine was threatening to show up and all that sugar wasn't helping. Shoutout to Gan and Watson for surpassing my previous bets on how much they could eat...and my condolences to Chuck's stomach and Matt Todd's french toast record.
