Well I experienced the jail trail for the first time today so wahoo for that. After I hiked to silver lake with some of the team and it was so cold we ended up running down a lot of the trail. (I won)

My back has been super tight the last few days. Hit the MCT to smiths anyway and did a mile below low just to be safe...and to make it to my wisdom teeth consultation on time. Wahoo.
