| | My legs were super heavy and I just ran what I felt like throughout the day. Also the officals laughed at me when I didn't start the 4x4 from a block but who needs that?

| | I felt kinda sick all day, so the speed workout was super rough. I was hitting my times until the last two of the last set, and then I fell off super hard. Felt super sick after so I biked for 20 mins to make medium mileage

| | took my legs on a lil test drive after last night's travesty. Everything felt quite swell now that I'm less poisoned with potassium

| | Actually felt pretty good today. Did 10x300 at 800 pace, but my legs hit a wall on the last one so I did the next two as just 100s to finish up my speed workout of 12 repeats. Finished up low mileage and did abs.

my super fat cat is on my lap so I have to type over a purring ball of fuzz. I blame any typos on her.
