Shoutout to Gan for being a true pal and getting up early to run with me. It was a good five miles in which we talked about Arcadia, almost slipped on ice multiple times, and comiserated with the poor ducks and their one little spot of unfrozen pond. Drove up to Utah State with the fam and got to see my future home, then came back to Lehi and lifted/did abs/did hips before dinner.
