So...I mostly did the workout by myself...shoutout to Gill for pacing me. It was supposed to be 6x1,000 at goal 5k pace (5:40-6:00) straight into a 200 jog followed by a 200 sprint to finish one set...but I thanks to my cold I couldn't breathe, so Jamie only had me do 5. I stayed within the range, leaning towards the faster end until the last one...it was so hard to stay mentally strong, I kinda lost it today. Cool down after was rough, the inside of my left leg felt really tight...it still does, even after an ice bath and I'm going to roll it out, hopefully that'll help.
