Warm up mile had my achillies/soleus complaining a bit...but I went into the workout anyway and it left. Felt like I was back to my normal self as far as speed goes, I nailed all my times on the ladder (200@800 pace, 400@mile pace, 800@2mile, 1600@5k, then back down) I felt like my kick the last 200 was really strong and overall it was a solid workout...I was fighting the strange urge to chuck the whole time though so that was different...normally that doesn't happen til the end. Anyway, started the cooldown feeling alright, but by the last mile it had digressed into double sideaches, a creaky knee, and a screaming soleus so I stopped at 7 even though I was hoping for at least 8. Smh. Finished on the bikes..I promise I'll do abs.
