Well Jamie wasn't there to tell me how far to go so...I just tried to do all of my regular high mileage. First seven felt pretty good til the last bit, I felt my right achilles tighening up and it felt kinda funny/painful...but I was only 2 miles away from full mileage so I thought some grass running would help...but it still hurt and got worse after a mile so I stopped. Also shoutout to Saltboy for signing to ISU, he's hecka fast and I love that kid.
