| | Felt pretty good today, still kinda getting over how awful I felt after saturday's run, but we held a 8:07/mile pace so that was a good recovery. We ended up grass running at skyridge for a bit, it was so nice there! Basically we decided the infield grass is a fluffy green pillow...with the occasional mushroom growing in it...anyway, it was fantastic. Kneaders after was also pretty great, shoutout to Watson for only getting an orange juice and a peach smoothie, which thoroughly confused our waitress...and myself for that matter.

| | Today's run was really good, shoutout to Gan for pushing the pace the whole time! I felt ok, which is great considering we went way faster than I did on saturday and I'm not dead now. Warm up mile was around nine minutes, after that we held a solid 7:31/mile for the remaining 8 miles. And we didn't see the Frankenstein duck at the park after so that's also a bonus.

| | The provo river trail was a wee bit chilly this morning, but it was still super pretty. It was also just a low mileage recovery day so that was way nice, my legs were pretty tired from yesterday and the 8:18/mile pace was very much needed. Did the usual abs and hips after, then made everyone french toast at Gan's...and I had to set up a jump for my car after that so shoutout to Rachel for letting me use her car's battery.

| | "Easy" run pace today, After a slow mile warm up at dry creek we hit the rail trail. My splits for the rest of our low mileage went like this: 7:35, 7:33, 7:09, 7:02 so it was a pretty solid run....if you couldn't tell, it was slightly uphill out and downhill coming back. Shoutout to Gan for sticking with me and pushing the pace

| | Well, my morning was crazy, so as I finally headed out on my run at 6pm, it was a balmy 93 degrees....don't worry, I checked the central bank sign when it flashed the time and temperature. Anyway, I ran from my house down to the legacy center and did three miles on the tiny indoor track there...still can't decide if the 24 laps was worth the AC...then ran the toasty two miles back home for a grand total of seven. I averaged a 7:40/mile despite the fact I crossed the road each time I saw sprinklers, and I felt good.
