| | whistle hills today felt pretty good...well they were hard of course, but it was a good workout. Tried to really work on my kick. Cooled down after. Did abs, rolled out, and ice bathed.

| | Been feeling a bit headachy all day, so I opted to swap my recovery days and I'm going to do the kicker tomorrow. Took it easy and did the usual abs, roll out, and ice bath after.

| | Felt really strong today. I was just focused on the task and I wasn't afraid to push the pace even though I was alone. I pr'd by 18 seconds with a 9:24, which is a massive improvement. Cooled down and did abs, hips, roll out, and ice bath after.

| | Went a bit over mileage with the mile repeat workout but that's fine. Felt good despite doing the kicker yesterday. Mile splits as follows: 6:05, 5:56, 5:47, 5:43. I wish I could've gone a bit faster on the last one, but at least I still got faster and not slower so wahoo. Half mile cooldown after and the usual abs, hips, and ice.

| | Well, last day of awesome week. I'd say the ladders on the hill went good, seeing that my 400 and 500 splits got a little faster each time around. Breakfast after was much needed, and the rest of the day was fantastic thanks to xc homecoming!
